Notes from Nohau:

• AT91M55800A starts a low frequency, 32KHz, after reset, which can cause difficulties for debuggers. EMUL-ARM comes with macros that set up the hardware to deal with this, and the EB55 BSP has examples with startup code that shows how speeding up the MCU can be done.
